Changing a child arrangement order
Changing a child arrangement order
As children get older it is possible that the arrangements made when they were young children are no longer appropriate. Or it simply may be that your family circumstances have changed.
The first option should be to discuss the changes with the other party to see if an agreement can be reached amicably. If that is not possible, our lawyers can support you through mediation to help reach a resolution. If an agreement cannot be reached through mediation then our lawyers can support you with an application to the court to reconsider the order. The court will only make an change if they are satisfied that it will be better for the child to do so.
Our experienced lawyers will be able to guide you through the next steps.
