But there are options, and a family lawyer can help.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While grandparents do not have an automatic right to see their grandchildren, you can use tools such as mediation to help resolve the issue, or the family courts can intervene.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These situations frequently arise from a relationship breakdown or divorce (research puts the figure at 22%) or stemming from a disagreement between the parent(s) and grandparents(s).
