In an average divorce, when a solicitor is acting and you are the applicant, the cost of supporting you through the process, preparing the paperwork and progressing the legal costs are likely to be in the region of \u00a3750 plus VAT on top of the court fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If there are financial and\/or child arrangements to resolve, this&nbsp;depends on the method you choose (either through negotiation, mediation or court) and the complexity of the case.
